The Office of Human Resources is committed to being a customer-oriented, human
resources partner implementing best practices, policies, and programs that contribute to the
company’s mission. We offer expertise through our work in the functional areas of human
resources including employment services and risk, benefits and compensation, employee
relations, learning and development, human resources operations, human resources information systems, and more.

The Office of Human Resources is a customer-oriented human resources management provider committed to identifying and implementing best practices, policies, which increase the company revenue by limiting the extra burden of human force on the company, and programs that contribute to fair treatment of staff, open communications, personal accountability, trust and mutual respect.

Office of the Director Human Resource
Responsible for strategic leadership, policy implementation, and maintenance and development of HR operational effectiveness.
Office of the Manager Human Resource
Responsible for coordinating and delivery of learning and development opportunities for employees, also responsible for recruiting plans, resume flow management, job advertisement, position classification process. Moreover this office is responsible for management reports records management, website development and maintenance, department technical support, and data entry for employee information on the system.
The Office of the Human Resource shall be responsible for;
- To maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- To maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- To prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- To maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- To maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
- To ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
- To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- To maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- To maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
